At Hillsdale College, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
